ICT Executive

Responsibilities:

• Administration of Microsoft Exchange Server 2003

• Administration of Active Directory for Microsoft Windows Server 2003.

• Administration of Trendmicro 8 Antivirus.

• Identify, diagnose and resolve problems for users of desktops, laptops, printers and associated software and hardware.

• Diagnose and resolve end-user network or printer problems, e-mail, internet, and LAN access and remote access problems.

• Carry out ERP implementation and troubleshooting.

• Co-ordinate between ERP Consultants, actual users and department heads.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree or equivalent in IT/Computer Science/ Engineering and MCSE certification an advantage.

• Minimum 1 years working experience of ERP support experience

• Applicants must be willing to work in Sg Petani, Kedah.

• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
